3. Products & Availability

Chondon Express sells physical goods including gift hampers, toys, flowers, cakes, sweets, and related products.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in packaging, decoration, or presentation may occur.


4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders may be canceled in the event of pricing errors.


5. Payment Methods

We may accept:

  • Debit and Credit Cards (processed through authorized payment gateways)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash

  • Nagad

International debit and credit cards may be accepted; however, delivery is limited to addresses within Bangladesh.

We do not store full card details on our servers.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Full payment must be made at delivery.

  • Refusal of delivery may result in restriction of future COD orders.

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in cases of suspected misuse or repeated failed delivery attempts.


7. Order Acceptance

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:

  • Payment failure

  • Suspected fraud

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Violation of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment, refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time within Bangladesh is typically 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Events beyond reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details.


9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days once approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Perishable and customized items may not be eligible for return.

12. Limitation of Liability

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
