Shipping Policy

Chondon Express delivers curated gift hampers, flowers, cakes, sweets, toys, and corporate gift packages within Bangladesh.

By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Bangladesh only.

Nationwide delivery is available, subject to courier network coverage.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.


2. Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom, corporate, or bulk orders may require 7–14 business days for preparation.

  • Orders are not processed on public holidays or weekends.

Processing time refers to preparation time before dispatch and does not include courier transit time.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Dhaka: 2–3 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

  • Custom/Bulk Orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier conditions, and seasonal demand.


4. Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered when:

  • Courier confirms delivery, or

  • Recipient acknowledges receipt, or

  • Delivery confirmation is recorded by the courier system

Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate and complete delivery address

  • Correct recipient name

  • Valid phone number for coordination

Chondon Express is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unreachable contact number

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery caused by incorrect information.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery where possible.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-acceptance:

  • Re-shipping fees will apply.

  • Perishable goods may not be eligible for re-delivery.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund unless otherwise required by law.


8. International Orders

We do not ship internationally at this time.

International debit and credit cards may be accepted; however, delivery is limited to addresses within Bangladesh.
